Handheld Drill - Solidworks Rendering
Handheld Drill - Solidworks Rendering
Project Description:
This project is similar to the blender and dolphin torch in a sense of the disassembly and virtual mock-up of the project through the use of Solidworks. The aim of this unit and the project itself was to learn how to do surface modelling through imagery on Solidworks; this process was used to produce the shell of the drill (going from surfaces to solid body). As well as it also required learning how to do/ create a pack and go of the final model, with the parts located in the same area.
Overall, this assignment enhanced the quality and understanding of how to represent the parts and 3D model properly on the Engineering Drawing Sheets (ENG DWG), as well as how to store the files properly on your computer when creating a pack-and-go file.
Down below represents some of the Engineering Drawing Sheets that were produced for this assessment
